Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

I haven't received an order confirmation.

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, contact us and we'll confirm your order.

Shipping & tracking

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your country. Our pieces ship internationally from partner warehouses, so please allow for this when ordering for a trip or occasion.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a few days to show movement. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These aren't included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return unworn items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Swimwear must have its hygiene liner intact. Contact us first to start a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged or wrong.

We're sorry. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Please check the size details on each product page and compare them with a swimsuit you already love. Sizing can vary between styles. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Swimwear care

Rinse in cool fresh water soon after wearing, especially after chlorine, salt water or sunscreen. Hand wash gently with mild detergent, don't wring, and dry flat in the shade. Avoid tumble drying, ironing and rough surfaces, which can snag delicate fabrics and embellishments.

Jewellery care

Put jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and sunscreen. Remove it before swimming, showering or exercising to keep its finish bright for longer. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store each piece separately in a dry pouch.
