Every SOLÈNE order is prepared with care and sent from our partner warehouses directly to you. Because our pieces travel internationally, we want you to know exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and local postal service. Remote areas, peak seasons and customs checks can occasionally add a few days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is handed to the carrier. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel; each will have its own tracking.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
