SOLÈNE currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Personalised pieces are made to order and may take a little longer to prepare.
Delivery time
Our pieces are shipped to you from our fulfilment partners. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and occasional delays can occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00 USD
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70.00 USD or more
- Express shipping: $15.00 USD
Some items are shipped separately at a flat rate of $19.99 USD. The exact shipping options and costs for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we will always do our best to help.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at coldcultureshop.com@proton.me and we will make it right. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos (see our Refund Policy).
